Our Mediation Services

Wherever a dispute has caused a breakdown in communication, mediation can help find a way forward.

Initial Assessment Meeting

A confidential one-to-one meeting where each party has the opportunity to explain their situation, discuss their concerns, and determine whether mediation is the right option. This meeting also allows the mediator to assess the suitability of the case for mediation.

£50 per person (up to 1 hour)

Joint Mediation Session

A structured and impartial mediation session where both parties work together, with the support of an accredited mediator, to explore issues, improve communication, and work towards a mutually acceptable agreement.

£150 per session (up to 2 hours)

Shuttle Mediation

Where parties do not wish to meet face-to-face, mediation can take place through separate sessions. The mediator communicates confidentially between both parties to help explore options and facilitate agreement.

£150 per session (up to 2 hours)

Mediated Agreement

Where an agreement is reached, a written summary of the agreed outcomes will be prepared for both parties.

Included within the mediation session fee
