I am Sadiq Patel, a Level 4 Accredited Interpersonal Mediator with over 15 years' experience working within the criminal justice system. Throughout my career, I have supported people from all walks of life through challenging and emotionally difficult situations with professionalism, fairness and empathy.

I founded Bridgeway Mediation because I believe many disputes can be resolved through respectful communication rather than costly and stressful legal proceedings. As an independent and impartial mediator, I help people have constructive conversations, explore practical solutions and work towards agreements that meet everyone's needs.
